Your wedding at Château Camiac

From $62,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests, with the château all yours: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. With the whole estate and its 42 beds, the price is higher. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, in writing within a week.

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers canceling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

You can, it's a beautiful house. The château rents you its estate, its gardens, its 10 bedrooms and the furniture for the party. You then bring together the caterer, the music, the decor, the flowers and the photographer. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the château keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

Up to 150 under the garden tent, whatever the weather. The terrace above the pond welcomes up to 40 people at once for drinks, with the gardens all around it. For something more intimate, the château's dining room and its veranda.

Tell us your date, we check with the château and reply in writing. The château is closed for a few weeks around the holidays, from late December to mid-January.

Yes: in the park, near the fountain, or on the terrace facing the pond. You write the ceremony that feels like you, and your people gather all around.

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the château. Camiac-et-Saint-Denis town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the château.

Yes: Bordeaux is 25 minutes away, with its Saint-Jean TGV station and Bordeaux-Mérignac airport on the far side of the city. The château has its own parking. To sleep nearby, we give you the best addresses around the estate, ready to share with your loved ones.

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.

Until 4 am, according to the château's conditions. We confirm the exact times for your date, in writing, and where the music plays, tent or rooms.

Rain plan: the garden tent, made to welcome you whatever the weather, and the château's rooms, air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Your day keeps its shape, just under cover.

In the château's 10 bedrooms, from the bridal room to the family room. Rooms are billed directly by the château, to you or to each of your guests: you decide what you offer. For the whole weekend, the estate and its outbuildings sleep up to 42 in 20 bedrooms. Everyone else finds a hotel in Bordeaux, 25 minutes away.

In the bridal room, 41 m² with a bathtub and a view over the gardens, and in the Royal room. One room for each of you, if you'd like to see each other for the first time at the ceremony.

Yes: one bedroom is fitted for reduced mobility, with a walk-in shower and grab bars, and the estate is accessible. The youngest have the family room, with its bunk beds and games.

Yes, and if you already have a vendor in mind, they're welcome. Your photos are included, with our photographers. If you already have yours, we welcome them into the team and adjust your price. The drinks come from the house.
