Planning a wedding is a second job. At Fervenza, it's ours: creative ideas that feel like you, our address book, one contract and a price you know up front. Your ally, for the two of you, carrying your whole wedding.

Why we love Domaine de la Reynaude

For two hundred years, this 16th-century coaching inn was the toll on the salt road: a stone courtyard climbing with ivy, a fountain at its heart, vines all around. North of Salon-de-Provence, you dine, dance and sleep in the same place. What your guests will talk about on the way home: the party outdoors, in the courtyard, until dawn.

  • 350

guests at table, in the 16th-century courtyard

up to 500 under the marquee, facing the vines

  • 32

The area

Aurons is a small village in the Massif des Costes, between the Touloubre and the Durance, with a 12th-century Romanesque chapel. Five minutes' walk from the estate, Château du Petit Sonnailler opens its cellar for a tasting. On Sunday morning, the day after, the big market of Pélissanne fills two avenues, ten minutes away; on Wednesdays, it's Salon-de-Provence's turn.

Who is Fervenza?

Fervenza is a French all-inclusive wedding company. With Émilie and the whole team, we’re already planning the weddings of 2027 and 2028.

  • French company, licensed live-event producer Your contract is governed by French law
  • Covered by professional liability insurance
How much does a wedding at Domaine de la Reynaude cost?

From $66,000, all-inclusive, for the big day and about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. The price follows the season and the number of days. The exact price for your date, in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can’t make it?

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers canceling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the estate directly?

You can, it's a beautiful place. The estate rents you its courtyard, its park and its rooms, and recommends its own addresses. You then bring together the meal, the decor and the flowers, the music and its sound system, the evening's security and the event insurance. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the estate keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 350 at table in the 16th-century courtyard, 150 in the old sheepfold, and up to 500 under the marquee facing the vines. The estate hosts weddings from 80 guests, so a party of 100 fits anywhere, rain or shine.

Which dates are still free?

Tell us your date, we check with the estate and reply in writing.

Will other hotel guests be there?

The estate hosts one wedding a day, and its 32 bedrooms can all be booked for your guests: one couple before you kept the whole hotel for their weekend. The restaurant has its own dining room, in the old coaching inn. We confirm in writing what is yours alone, and for how many days.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes, outdoors: in the estate's gardens, in the shade of the park, or in the 16th-century courtyard, as several couples before you chose. You write the ceremony that feels like you, we set the scene, down to an altar made just for you.

Can we have our civil wedding in Aurons?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the estate. Aurons town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the estate.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Aix-en-Provence is 41 minutes away and Avignon 45, and the nearest airports are Marseille Provence and Avignon. The hotel's front desk books private drivers, and your guests can sleep on site, in the estate's 32 bedrooms.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English.

How late can the party go?

Until 4 in the morning, and outdoors: the estate is one of the rare places where the party carries on in the open air, in the courtyard, until dawn. We confirm the estate's exact times for your date, in writing.

What if it rains?

Rain plan: the old sheepfold, its stone arches and its fireplace, up to 150 guests at table. For a bigger party, the marquee facing the vines, 700 m², seats up to 500.

Where do our guests sleep?

On site: the estate's 4-star hotel has 32 air-conditioned bedrooms, renovated in 2022, enough for about 60 of your guests a few steps from the courtyard. They are booked with the hotel, and we give you a dozen more addresses in Salon-de-Provence, ready to share.

Where do we get ready?

In one of the hotel's suites, which look onto the park and open straight onto the courtyard of your wedding. One of you on each side of the estate, if you'd like to see each other for the first time at the ceremony.
