Who is Fervenza?

Fervenza is a French all-inclusive wedding company. With Émilie and the whole team, we’re already planning the weddings of 2027 and 2028.

  • French company, licensed live-event producer Your contract is governed by French law
  • Covered by professional liability insurance
How much does a wedding at Château de Tourreau cost?

From $200,000, all-inclusive, for about 100 guests: the venue, the table, the flowers, the music, your photos, and us on site. The exact price depends on your date and your guest count, and you get it in writing within a week.

Can the price change?

Once we’ve agreed, no. It only changes if you change the wedding: more or fewer guests, a wish added along the way.

What if one of our suppliers can’t make it?

We replace them. They’re our suppliers, under our contract, so the two of you have nothing to search for or renegotiate. You approve the choice, and we take care of the rest.

Can we insure our wedding?

Yes, if you wish. We can offer optional cancellation insurance dedicated to your wedding, placed with Lloyd’s. It covers canceling or postponing for reasons beyond your control, including if one of you can’t be there, as set out in the policy terms.

What if we booked the château directly?

You can, it's a beautiful house. The château rents you its estate and its 29 beds, and shares the caterers it knows. You then bring together the caterer and the service, the furniture, the marquee for the rain plan, the flowers and the music. With us, all of that is in your price, every choice stays yours, and the château keeps its own rate. You come to get married.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 150 at the table, outdoors, since the whole reception takes place in the park. The chapel of 1614 seats 70 for a religious ceremony, and 29 people sleep on site, you two included.

Which dates are still free?

Tell us your date, we check with the château and reply in writing. Good to know, the château is let by the week in July and August, Saturday to Saturday, and for a few days the rest of the year.

Can we have a secular ceremony on site?

Yes: by the fountain of the south park, in the middle of the French gardens or at the foot of the facade. And if you'd like a blessing, the consecrated chapel of 1614 is right there, for 70 people.

Can we have our civil wedding in Sarrians?

In France, a civil wedding always takes place at a town hall, never at the château. Sarrians town hall can marry you if one of you, or one of your parents, lives there or has lived there for at least a month. Otherwise, the civil wedding happens in your own town, and the ceremony at the château.

Our guests are flying in. Is it easy for them?

Yes: Avignon TGV station is 35 minutes away, Avignon airport 30 minutes, and Marseille Provence airport, with the most flights, about an hour. 27 of them sleep at the château with you, and we give you the best addresses around Carpentras and Gigondas, ready to share with your loved ones.

And the guests who do not sleep at the château, where do they stay?

In the hotels of Carpentras, about 12 km away, or in the Gigondas vineyards, about 14 km away. We give you the addresses, ready to share with your loved ones. For those who come by car, the château has its own parking.

Coming from abroad: how does it work?

Your contract is governed by French law, and also written in English. At the château, the estate manager is bilingual too.

And if it rains?

Here, the whole reception takes place outdoors, so the rain plan is a marquee in the park, set up for dinner and the party. The summer showers pass, and the evening carries on dry.

How late can we dance?

Late. The party happens outdoors, in front of the château, and the weddings published here danced until 2 am, sometimes beyond. We confirm the exact time for your date with the château.

Where do we get ready?

One of you in the Impériale suite, its private terrace facing Mont Ventoux for the morning coffee with your closest friends, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi; the other in the Deluxe suite, on the ground floor, with its own door onto the garden. Then you meet at the foot of the main staircase.

Will our grandparents and little ones be comfortable?

Yes. There are ground-floor rooms at the château and at the farm, cots, high chairs and toys for the little ones, and an orchard and a play area in the park. Dogs are welcome with the château's agreement.
